# Error - Access to Instagram API for account "X" restricted for spam behavior or otherwise abusing.

While trying to login into your Instagram account and you might see an error - "Access to Instagram API for account X restricted for spam behavior or otherwise abusing. Please change your proxy or contact support".

This error happens very rarely or if you login to your account on too many devices.

If you use your own proxy, that proxy quality might be bad causing this error

## Solve:

The only way to solve this is by waiting 24-48 hours before trying to login again!
